are your products allergen free?

YES! All of our earrings are hypoallergenic and nickel free! Everything is made with surgical steel or 14k gold filled posts, backs & jump rings. If something in our shop is made with anything other than those two it will be listed in the product description.

what is polymer clay & how do i care for my earrings?

Polymer clay is a plastic based material, that means they are strong, but can still be broken if you don’t treat them with respect and care. We recommend storing them by either hanging or lying flat in a cool, dry space. You can use a soft cloth to clean the clay pieces.

do you offer exchanges or returns?

We don’t offer returns or exchanges at this time, but we will do our best to help you if anything goes wrong! If there is an issue with your order when you receive it please contact us at hello@thewatermarkdesign.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will help you the best we can!

do you take custom orders?

YES! I love making customs orders, but we only do a certain number of custom order a month. You can find the link to our custom pieces here!

what are your shipping policies?

At the moment we ship everywhere in the United States. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to ship your order. We ship USPS first class & priority mail, make sure when you check out that you’re choosing the one you want! Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items.
